About Brynn

My personal journey began with a challenge – after my son was born via C-section, he faced gut health issues. This experience led me to delve deeply into the world of gut microbiomes, first to aid my son and then to help others. By nurturing my own gut health to enhance his (through breastfeeding), I discovered the continuous effort required to maintain a healthy gut. His journey from minimal beneficial bacteria to a flourishing gut environment became a testament to the power of dedicated gut care.
